The BOD has provided an interpretation of Covenant 6.15 concerning the use and storage of trailers on a lot.
For issues not covered by the Covenants & By Laws, please use the Code Enforcement Complaint Form to forward your issue to the City of Senoia for action.
A maximum of seven (7) homes in the neighborhood may be used as Rental Properties at any given time. If you would like to rent/lease your home, please contact a Board Member or HomeLink Property Management for more information and to be placed on the Rental List. Morningside is currently at capacity. See the Morningside Recorded Leasing Amendment to the Covenants below.
